Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Request Return Authorization (RMA):
Email us at support@audifort.com within 90 days of your purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Return Your Item:
Once you receive your RMA, ship the product to the address we provide. Include:- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
- Your RMA number
- The original product and any accessories
- Tracking Info:
Please email us the tracking number so we can monitor your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
- The return must be made within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
- All accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Certain personal care or health items
- Downloadable software
Partial refunds may apply for:
- Opened books, CDs, DVDs, or other media
- Items returned more than 90 days after purchase
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email support@audifort.com within 90 days of delivery.
Gifts
- If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.
